Benzema leads Real Madrid to run over Mallorca with a tress
Real Madrid continued their victories, winning 3-0 against Real Mallorca on Monday evening, in the 28th round of La Liga.
Real Madrid's Fiennes Junior scored in the 55th minute, karim Benzema scored twice, the first from a penalty kick in the 77th minute and the second in the 88th minute.
With this victory, Real Madrid take their tally to 66 points at the top of the La Liga table, while Real Mallorca are frozen at 26 points in 16th place.
The match began with pressure from Real Madrid, with Vinicius Junior passing a ball into the rear of Karim Benzema, inside the area, who hit a powerful ball that was countered by Real Mallorca's Rico and turned into a corner in the 6th minute.
Kroos executed the corner, sending a cross that reached Mindy, who aimed at the goal, and again goalkeeper Rico countered and turned it into a corner in the 7th minute.
Mallorca's first attempt came in the 11th minute, with O'Sullivan kicking a ball past Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois.
Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos aimed a powerful ball over the area, which passed past the left-hand post of Mallorca's goal, in the 28th minute.
Mallorca's Pablo Mavio almost scored his team's goal in the 35th minute, hitting a ball inside the area that hit the left-hand post of goalkeeper Courtois.
Vinicius Jr. went on the left end of the Real Mallorca penalty area, dodged the defence and passed a ball to Alapa, who hit a powerful ball that hit the Mallorca defender in the 44th minute.
The first half ended in a goalless draw.
At the start of the second half, Vinicius Junior scored the goal for The Meringe in the 55th minute, receiving a cross inside the box from his teammate Karim Benzema and shooting between the feet of the Real Mallorca goalkeeper.
Real Mallorca's Vermilon stepped in strongly on the feet of Real Madrid's right winger Rodrigo Joyce, who could not complete the match, and came out limping.
The referee awarded a penalty to Real Madrid, following the intervention of Mallorca defender Olyvan on Vinicius Junior winger Miringi inside the area, and was cleared for carrying out Karim Benzema and scoring successfully to add the second goal.
Karim Benzema added his second personal goal and Real Madrid's third in the 82nd minute, receiving a cross from the left end through teammate Marcelo and hitting a powerful header to the far left of the Mallorca keeper.
Benzema raised concerns that he had suffered a left foot injury in the 85th minute and left the pitch for the changing room.
